About The Position

Cooper Auto Group is accepting applications for a top-tier Automotive Retail professional to lead our Finance & Insurance (F&I) department at Joe Cooper Ford of Shawnee. This role requires a proven top performer with excellent communication and customer service skills, a professional appearance and work ethic, and knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced automotive retail environment and pass pre-employment screening.

Requirements

Proven top performer experience as an automotive Finance and Insurance Director.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain comprehensive menu selling process to maximize the F&I department's profitability and product penetration.
Take turns as part of the F&I producing team.
Track portfolio with lenders.
Review and inspect the flow of the department's paperwork to ensure accuracy and timely turn around on all deals.
Ensure deals are fully compliant with company, local, state, and federal guidelines.
Support the sales department in achieving its goals, and work closely with the sales department on enforcement of proper selling methods.
Be an example of professional morals, ethics, and world class customer service.
Set and maintain finance department work schedule.
