About The Position

Joe Cooper Ford of Edmond is accepting applications for an Automotive Retail Finance & Insurance Assistant. The position is responsible for a wide range of duties related to processing financing and insurance transactions for vehicle purchases. This role involves working closely with Finance Managers and the accounting office to ensure prompt preparation and processing of all auto sales and lease deals, assisting in the preparation of bank finance and title documents, and ensuring all required forms and documents are accurately completed. The assistant will also verify the accuracy of customer and vehicle information on contracts, reconcile and log all sales and lease transactions, and handle scanning, faxing, emailing, and mailing of documents as needed for funding and record retention.

Requirements

High school diploma
Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with management
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information.
Professional appearance and work ethic.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in an automotive finance or administrative role
CDK experience

Responsibilities
