About The Position
Joe Cooper Ford of Edmond is accepting applications for an Automotive Retail Finance & Insurance Assistant. The position is responsible for a wide range of duties related to processing financing and insurance transactions for vehicle purchases.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with management
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in an automotive finance or administrative role preferred
- CDK experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Finance Managers and accounting office to ensure prompt preparation and processing of all auto sales and lease deals.
- Assist in preparation of bank finance and title documents.
- Ensure all required forms and documents are accurately completed.
- Verify accuracy of customer and vehicle information on contracts.
- Reconcile and log all sales and lease transactions.
- Scan, fax, email and or mail documents as needed for funding and record retention.
