Requirements

  • Strong desire to learn, grow, and succeed
  • Experience with dealership finance and insurance processes
  • Proven ability to structure profitable deals
  • Knowledge of title laws and vehicle registration processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

  • College degree preferred or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through financing options and help secure the best solutions for their needs
  • Present and explain additional products to enhance the ownership experience
  • Structure deals to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Submit deals to lenders, make credit decisions, and successfully close transactions
  • Ensure all deals comply with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Prepare and finalize all required paperwork and contracts accurately
  • Review and audit deals post-sale to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure timely funding of all contracts
