We're looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Express Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers visiting our Service Department. If you enjoy building relationships, working in a fast-paced environment, and helping customers maintain their vehicles, we'd love to meet you!

Requirements

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn dealership software.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Automotive knowledge or dealership experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and gather information about their vehicle service needs.
• Write repair orders for Express Service maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, batteries, filters, and other routine services.
• Clearly explain recommended maintenance and answer customer questions.
• Communicate with technicians to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Keep customers informed throughout the service process.
• Review completed work and invoices with customers before delivery.
• Schedule future maintenance appointments and encourage preventative vehicle care.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional service drive.
