Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as an Express Lube Technician or in automotive maintenance
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced service environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Candidates must successfully complete: Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review, Background check, Pre-employment drug screening and physical

Responsibilities

• Performing oil changes, tire rotations, and routine maintenance services
• Conducting multi-point vehicle inspections
• Identifying and communicating additional maintenance recommendations to service advisors and customers
• Ensuring all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and according to manufacturer standards
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Following all dealership and safety procedures
