The Automotive DMV Title Clerk will be responsible for preparing legal vehicle transfer documents, verifying trade-in payoffs, and maintaining accurate title records in compliance with Department of Motor Vehicles requirements. Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience as a DMV or Title Clerk.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to successfully complete pre-employment screenings, including background checks, motor vehicle record reviews, and drug testing.
Responsibilities
- Process used vehicle titles following wholesale auction transactions.
- Prepare trade jackets and documentation for used vehicles.
- Track titles in transit and perform timely follow-up.
- Communicate with banks to obtain lien releases.
- Prepare vehicle transaction documents for scanning and record retention.
- Provide additional administrative support as required.
