About The Position
Sunset Automotive Group, a large and respected automotive group in Southwest Florida, is seeking a full-time Automotive Title Clerk for their Sarasota location. This on-site role is crucial for supporting dealership operations by processing vehicle title transfers, including some out-of-state titles, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion. The position is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a structured, collaborative office environment and enjoys detailed paperwork.
Requirements
- Prior administrative or office experience.
- At least 1 year of dealership title experience (preferred but not required - we will train the right candidate).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
- Comfort working with accounting software and dealership systems.
- Ability to efficiently manage a high volume of paperwork.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-first mindset.
- Flexibility and reliability in a professional office setting.
Nice To Haves
- Automotive title experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds systems.
Responsibilities
- Processing vehicle title transfers for all dealership transactions.
- Handling some out-of-state titles.
- Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of title transfers.
- Supporting dealership operations through administrative tasks.
