Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Clean and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch technicians efficiently.
• Manage the daily inventory of technicians' time to ensure it is consistently sold to service customers.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, to ensure customers are handled appropriately.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments that contribute to a positive impression.
• Distribute work effectively among technicians.
