About The Position

Thelen Audi Volkswagen Mazda Subaru is seeking an experienced Automotive Reconditioning Detailer to join their team. This role involves performing full interior and exterior detailing on new and pre-owned vehicles to meet dealership standards. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated to prepare vehicles for showroom display and customer delivery. This is a full-time position offering stable employment in modern, climate-controlled facilities.

Requirements

• Previous automotive detailing experience required
• Ability to buff and polish vehicles professionally
• Strong work ethic and pride in producing high-quality results
• Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Perform full interior and exterior detailing on new and pre-owned vehicles
• Vacuum, shampoo, clean, and restore vehicle interiors to dealership standards
• Buff, polish, and enhance vehicle paint appearance
• Prepare vehicles for showroom display and customer delivery
• Remove decals, stickers, and protective materials
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of detailing equipment and work areas
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure vehicles are completed on schedule
• Deliver high-quality results with strong attention to detail and efficiency
