About The Position

CarShop US is seeking an experienced Automotive Detailer for their Chester Springs, PA location. This role is responsible for ensuring vehicles meet the CarShop standard of excellence in cosmetic quality and preparing them for delivery according to departmental processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, productive, a team player, and committed to the company's culture and values.

Requirements

A minimum of 2+ years of previous detailing experience in a fast-paced dealership.
Demonstrates the ability to establish priorities, problem solve, and complete tasks in a timely manner with a great attention to detail.
Personable, a team player and demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively.
Exemplifies integrity, strives for self-improvement, and has an open-minded, "can-do" attitude.
Must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, drug testing, and hold a valid driver's license with a good driving history.

Responsibilities

Ensure the cosmetic quality of all vehicles meets the CarShop standard of excellence.
Conduct preparation for delivery of each vehicle at the direction of the Detail Manager and in accordance with approved processes.
Keep all equipment and tools in good working order.
Report necessary maintenance or repairs to the Detail Manager.
Strive to exceed agreed personal performance goals.
