About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a full-time Automotive Detailer and Car Washer at its Goodyear, Arizona location. The role pays $17 per hour and is responsible for washing, cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and preparing cars, trucks, and vans to meet cleanliness and safety standards before customer rentals. The position also includes maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the branch, operating cleaning equipment, and assisting customers when needed. Two schedule options are listed: Tuesday through Saturday, with Sunday and Monday off; or Sunday through Wednesday, with Thursday through Saturday off. The position offers a consistent 40-hour-per-week schedule.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
Must have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction on the driving record in the past three years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require work authorization sponsorship from the company now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interiors according to industry-standard protocols.
Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors, including cars, vans, and trucks of different sizes.
Check fuel levels and warning lights; inspect windshields for damage; reset vehicle settings to clear prior customer data; check for customer belongings and place valuables in Lost & Found; and verify vehicle registration.
Check fluid levels and add fluids as needed; check tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; and inspect vehicle exteriors for damage.
Fuel and stage vehicles.
Inspect vehicles for safety concerns, report warning lights or vehicle, windshield, or tire damage, and remove vehicles from the preparation process as necessary.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe or hazardous conditions.
Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines and air purifiers to remove stains, pet hair, and odors.
Assist customers when needed and, in some cases, transport customers to and from branches.
Help maintain the overall appearance of branch sites, including cleaning desktops, countertops, phones, floors, and bathrooms; removing trash; vacuuming; sweeping the lot; and completing other daily cleanliness tasks.
Improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
