About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a full-time Automotive Detailer (Car Washer) at its Caldwell, Idaho location. The position pays $16.50 per hour and follows a 40-hour-per-week schedule. The detailer cleans, sanitizes, inspects, and prepares cars, trucks, and vans for customer rentals, meeting cleanliness and safety standards. The role also includes maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the branch, assisting customers, and performing other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
No drug- or alcohol-related conviction on the driving record in the past five years.
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship from the company now or in the future.
At least 18 years old.
Able to speak, read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interiors according to industry-standard protocols.
Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors, including cars, vans, and trucks.
Check fuel levels and warning lights; inspect windshields for damage; reset vehicle settings to clear prior customer data; check for customer belongings and place valuables in Lost & Found; and verify vehicle registration.
Check fluid levels and add fluids as needed; inspect tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; and inspect vehicle exteriors for damage.
Fuel and stage vehicles.
Inspect vehicles for safety concerns and report warning lights or vehicle, windshield, or tire damage; remove vehicles from the preparation process when necessary.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe or hazardous conditions.
Use tools such as carpet shampoo machines and air purifiers to remove stains, pet hair, and odors.
Assist customers when needed and, potentially, transport customers to and from branches.
Help maintain the appearance of branch locations, including cleaning desktops, countertops, phones, floors, and bathrooms; removing trash; vacuuming and sweeping the lot; and completing other daily cleanliness tasks.
Improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned, including windshield rock chip repairs.
