About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a full-time Automotive Detailer to wash, clean, sanitize, inspect, and prepare cars, trucks, and vans for customer rentals while meeting high cleanliness and safety standards. The position is located at 6669 Dublin Center Dr., Dublin, Ohio 43017, and pays a starting rate of $15 per hour based on a 40-hour workweek. The schedule is generally 40 hours per week, with some weekend shifts alternating with a flex day. Enterprise Mobility provides mobility services through brands including Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car. The company and its affiliate manage a fleet of 2.4 million vehicles across more than 9,500 staffed neighborhood and airport rental locations in over 90 countries and territories.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
Must have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction on the driving record in the past five years.
Must have at least six consecutive months of prior work or organizational experience.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require employment-based work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interiors according to industry-standard protocols.
Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors, including cars, vans, and trucks.
Check fuel levels and warning lights; inspect windshields for damage; reset vehicle settings to clear prior customer data; check for customer belongings and place valuables in Lost & Found; and verify that registration is present, current, and matches the license plate.
Check fluid levels and add fluids as needed; check tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; and inspect vehicles for exterior damage.
Fuel and stage vehicles.
Inspect vehicles for safety concerns, report warning lights or vehicle, windshield, and tire damage, and remove vehicles from processing as needed.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe or hazardous conditions.
Use tools such as carpet shampoo machines and air purifiers to remove stains, pet hair, and odors.
Assist customers when needed and possibly transport customers to and from branches.
Help maintain the appearance of branch interiors and exteriors, including cleaning desktops, countertops, phones, floors, and bathrooms; taking out trash; vacuuming; sweeping the lot; and performing other daily cleanliness tasks.
Improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
