About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a full-time Automotive Detailer and Car Washer at its Naples Pulling Road location. The role pays $17 per hour based on a 40-hour workweek and follows a consistent 40-hour schedule. The detailer prepares cars, trucks, and vans for customer rentals by cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and ensuring vehicles meet cleanliness and safety standards. The position also includes maintaining branch cleanliness, assisting customers, and potentially transporting customers to and from branches.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
Must have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction on the driving record in the past five years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interiors according to industry-standard protocols.
Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors, including vehicles of different sizes, vans, and trucks.
Check fuel levels and warning lights; inspect windshields; reset vehicle settings to clear prior customer data; check for customer belongings and place valuables in Lost & Found; and verify registration is present, current, and matches the license plate.
Check fluid levels and add fluids as needed; inspect tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; and inspect vehicle exteriors for damage.
Fuel and stage vehicles.
Inspect vehicles for safety concerns, report warning lights or vehicle, windshield, or tire damage, and remove vehicles from the preparation process when necessary.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe or hazardous conditions.
Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines and air purifiers to remove stains, pet hair, and odors.
Assist customers when needed and potentially transport customers to and from branches.
Help maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of branch interiors and exteriors, including desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, and the lot.
Improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
