Requirements

  • Previous automotive detailing experience is considered an asset
  • Passion for vehicles and pride in producing exceptional work
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract
  • Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
  • Desire to work in an environment where customer satisfaction and teamwork are top priorities
  • Employees required to wear respirators must be clean-shaven where the respirator seals to the face.

Responsibilities

  • Perform meticulous cleaning, polishing, waxing, and protection of vehicle exteriors
  • Restore and detail vehicle interiors, including leather, upholstery, carpets, trim, and glass
  • Apply premium interior and exterior protection products
  • Buff and polish vehicles to achieve exceptional presentation standards
  • Prepare new, pre-owned, and customer vehicles for delivery
  • Inspect vehicles and report any cosmetic imperfections or concerns to management
  • Safely organize and park vehicles throughout dealership and delivery areas
  • Maintain luxury presentation standards across dealership inventory
  • Support the sales and service teams in delivering an exceptional ownership experience
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
