About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a full-time Automotive Detailer to wash, clean, sanitize, inspect, and prepare cars, trucks, and vans for customer rentals while meeting the company’s cleanliness and safety standards. The position is located at 600 Terminal Dr STE 8, Louisville, Kentucky 40209, and offers a 40-hour workweek with multiple schedules available. Pay is $16–$21 per hour depending on shift; weekend shifts include an additional $5.00 per hour. The role may also involve assisting customers, transporting customers to and from branches, and maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the branch location.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than one moving violation and/or at-fault accident on the driving record in the past three years.
Must have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction on the driving record in the past five years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require work-authorization sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interiors according to industry-standard protocols.
Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors, including cars, vans, and trucks.
Check fuel levels and warning lights; inspect windshields for damage; restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data; look for customer belongings and place valuables in Lost & Found; and verify vehicle registration.
Check fluid levels and add fluids as needed; inspect tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; and inspect vehicles for exterior damage.
Fuel and stage vehicles.
Inspect vehicles for safety concerns and report warning lights or vehicle, windshield, or tire damage; remove vehicles from the preparation process as necessary.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe or hazardous conditions.
Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines and air purifiers to remove stains, pet hair, and odors.
Assist customers when needed and, when necessary, transport customers to and from branches.
Help maintain branch appearance by cleaning desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash areas, bathrooms, and other areas; vacuum and sweep the lot; and perform related cleanliness tasks.
Improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
