About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring full-time Automotive Detailers at its DFW Airport facility on 26th Street in Dallas, Texas. The role pays up to $19.60 per hour, consisting of a $15.50 hourly base rate plus performance-based incentives and shift differentials. Multiple 40-hour-per-week schedules are available. No airport clearance is required. Automotive Detailers wash, clean, sanitize, inspect, and prepare cars, trucks, and vans for customer rentals, following the company's cleanliness and safety standards. The position also involves checking vehicle condition and readiness, fueling and staging vehicles, maintaining the cleanliness of the work area and branch, and assisting or transporting customers when needed.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
Must have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction on the driving record in the past five years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require employment authorization sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interiors according to industry-standard protocols.
Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors, including cars, vans, and trucks of different sizes.
Check fuel levels and warning lights; inspect windshields for damage; restore factory settings to clear prior customer data; check for customer belongings and place valuables in Lost & Found; and verify vehicle registration.
Check fluid levels and add fluids as needed; check tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; and inspect vehicle exteriors for damage.
Fuel and stage vehicles.
Inspect vehicles for safety concerns, report warning lights or vehicle, windshield, or tire damage, and remove vehicles from processing when necessary.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe or hazardous conditions.
Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines and air purifiers to remove stains, pet hair, and odors.
Assist customers when needed and, when required, transport customers to and from branches.
Help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of branch interiors and exteriors, including desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, and the lot.
Improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
