About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a full-time Automotive Detailer to wash, clean, sanitize, inspect, and prepare cars, trucks, and vans for customer rentals while meeting the company’s cleanliness and safety standards. The role is located at 4011 Pimlico Dr, Pleasanton, CA 94588, pays $19.50 per hour, and requires a valid California driver’s license. The position follows a 40-hour-per-week schedule: Sunday 8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.; Monday and Tuesday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; Wednesday and Thursday off; Friday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; and Saturday 8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. The detailer also helps maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the branch and may assist or transport customers when needed.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require the company to sponsor work authorization now or in the future.
Must have a valid California driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interiors according to industry-standard protocols.
Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors, including cars of different sizes, vans, and trucks.
Check fuel levels and warning lights; inspect windshields for damage; reset vehicle settings to clear prior customer data; check for customer belongings and place valuables in Lost & Found; and verify vehicle registration is present, current, and matches the license plate.
Check fluid levels and add fluids as needed; inspect tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; and inspect vehicle exteriors for damage.
Fuel and stage vehicles.
Inspect vehicles for safety concerns, report warning lights or vehicle, windshield, or tire damage, and remove vehicles from the preparation process when necessary.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe or hazardous conditions.
Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines and air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors.
Assist customers when needed and possibly transport them to and from branches.
Help maintain the overall appearance of the site, including cleaning branch interiors and exteriors.
Clean desktops, countertops, phones, floors, and bathrooms; remove trash; vacuum and sweep the lot; and complete other daily branch-cleanliness tasks.
Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
