About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a full-time Automotive Detailer to wash, clean, sanitize, inspect, and prepare cars, trucks, and vans for customer rentals, following high cleanliness and safety standards. The role also includes fueling and staging vehicles, identifying and reporting safety concerns or damage, maintaining the branch’s interior and exterior appearance, and assisting customers when needed. The position is located at 7800 Broadview Rd, Parma, OH 44134, and pays $16 per hour based on a 40-hour workweek.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
Must have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction on the driving record in the past five years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interiors according to industry-standard protocols.
Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors, including cars, vans, and trucks.
Check fuel levels and warning lights; inspect windshields for damage; reset vehicle settings to clear prior customer data; check for customer belongings and place valuables in Lost & Found; and verify vehicle registration.
Check fluid levels and add fluids as needed; check tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; and inspect vehicles for exterior damage.
Fuel and stage vehicles.
Inspect vehicles for safety concerns, report warning lights or vehicle, windshield, and tire damage, and remove vehicles from processing when necessary.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe or hazardous conditions.
Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines and air purifiers to remove stains, pet hair, and odors.
Assist customers when needed and transport customers to and from branches when required.
Help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of branch interiors and exteriors, including desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, and the lot.
Improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
