About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a full-time Automotive Detailer to wash, clean, sanitize, inspect, and prepare cars, trucks, and vans for customer rentals while maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards. The position is located at 2908 N Main St Ste 116, Fuquay Varina, NC 27526, and pays $15 per hour based on a 40-hour workweek. The schedule alternates weekend work: Sunday 9 a.m.–1 p.m. every other week or Saturday 8 a.m.–2 p.m. every other week. Weekday hours are generally 7:30 a.m.–6 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday; Wednesday is 7:30 a.m.–6 p.m. when not working the weekend. The role includes vehicle preparation and inspection, operating cleaning equipment, maintaining the branch's appearance, and assisting or transporting customers when needed.

Requirements

Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
Must have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction on the driving record in the past five years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require company sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interiors according to industry-standard protocols.
Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors, including cars, vans, and trucks.
Check fuel levels and warning lights; inspect windshields; restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data; check for customer belongings and place valuables in Lost & Found; and verify registration.
Check fluid levels and add fluids as needed; inspect tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; and inspect vehicle exteriors for damage.
Fuel and stage vehicles.
Inspect vehicles for safety concerns, report warning lights or vehicle, windshield, and tire damage, and remove vehicles from processing when necessary.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe or hazardous conditions.
Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines and air purifiers to remove stains, pet hair, and odors.
Assist customers when needed and possibly transport them to and from branches.
Help maintain the overall appearance of branch locations, including cleaning desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash areas, and bathrooms, and vacuuming or sweeping the lot.
Improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
