About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. The Detailer is responsible for cleaning, polishing, and preparing vehicles to ensure they meet dealership quality standards and provide an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a strong work ethic, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous detailing or automotive experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wash, wax, polish, and detail vehicle exteriors.
• Vacuum, shampoo, and clean vehicle interiors.
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and presentation quality.
• Apply protective treatments and detailing products as needed.
• Move and park vehicles safely on dealership property.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area.
• Assist with lot presentation and vehicle readiness.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Report any vehicle damage or maintenance concerns to management.
