About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a full-time Automotive Detailer to clean, sanitize, inspect, and prepare cars, trucks, and vans for customer rentals. The role supports the company’s cleanliness and safety standards by preparing vehicle interiors and exteriors and checking vehicles for condition and safety concerns. The position is located at 10901 Auto Square Dr., Cerritos, CA 90703-5331, and pays a starting rate of $19.25 per hour based on a 40-hour workweek. The listed schedule includes shifts from Sunday through Saturday. The position also involves maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the branch, assisting customers, and potentially transporting customers to and from branches. Enterprise Mobility is a privately held mobility-solutions provider operating rental, carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, and other transportation services through its brands and affiliates.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require employment authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interiors according to industry-standard protocols.
Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors, including cars, vans, and trucks.
Check fuel levels and warning lights; inspect windshields for damage; reset vehicle settings to clear prior customer data; check for customer belongings and place valuables in Lost & Found; and verify vehicle registration.
Check fluid levels and add fluids as needed; check tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; and inspect vehicle exteriors for damage.
Fuel and stage vehicles.
Inspect vehicles for safety concerns and report warning lights or vehicle, windshield, or tire damage; remove vehicles from processing as necessary.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe or hazardous conditions.
Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines and air purifiers to remove stains, pet hair, and odors.
Assist customers when needed and potentially transport customers to and from branches.
Help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of branch interiors and exteriors, including desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, and the lot.
Improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
