About The Position

BDS Dealer Pros is hiring full-time Automotive Detailers across multiple dealership locations, including Cary, Raleigh, Lexington, Wilson, and surrounding areas. No previous automotive detailing experience is required. We provide paid training, benefits, and opportunities for advancement. BDS Dealer Pros has been serving Central North Carolina since 1996 and is now the area's largest automotive detailing and reconditioning company. Requirements

No previous automotive detailing experience is required.
Valid/active driver's license
Reliable transportation
Ability to work in a fast-paced automotive dealership environment
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach throughout the workday
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Ability to work around strong chemical odors and in loud environments
Evening and weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

Clean, detail, and photograph new and pre-owned vehicles while delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Wash, dry, and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors.
Clean wheels, tires, upholstery, carpets, and interiors.
Perform clay bar treatments, polishing, paint protection, and light paint correction.
Operate vacuums, pressure washers, buffers, polishers, steam extractors, and other detailing equipment.
Photograph vehicles after training.
Track vehicle information, including stock number, VIN, make, model, and color, and complete required reporting.
Properly maintain chemicals, tools, uniforms, equipment, and work areas.
