About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring an Automotive Detailer and Car Washer in Lima, Ohio, for part-time and/or full-time work. The position pays $16 per hour, based on a 25- or 40-hour workweek, and is located at 1610 N West St, Lima, OH 45801. The role prepares cars, trucks, and vans for customer rentals by washing, cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and staging vehicles to meet cleanliness and safety standards. Schedules are listed for both full-time and part-time options. The position may also involve assisting or transporting customers, maintaining the branch’s appearance, and performing other job-related duties.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
Must have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction on the driving record in the past five years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interiors according to industry-standard protocols.
Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors, including vehicles of different sizes, vans, and trucks.
Check fuel levels and warning lights; inspect windshields for damage; restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data; check for customer belongings and place valuables in Lost & Found; and verify vehicle registration.
Check fluid levels and add fluids as needed; check tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; and inspect vehicle exteriors for damage.
Fuel and stage vehicles.
Inspect vehicles for safety concerns, report warning lights or vehicle, windshield, or tire damage, and remove vehicles from the preparation process when necessary.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe or hazardous conditions.
Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines and air purifiers to remove stains, pet hair, and odors.
Assist customers when needed and, at times, transport customers to and from branches.
Help maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of branch locations, including desks, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, and lots.
Improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
