About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a full-time Automotive Detailer to wash, clean, sanitize, inspect, and prepare cars, trucks, and vans for customer rentals. The role supports the company’s high cleanliness and safety standards and includes preparing vehicles, maintaining branch cleanliness, and assisting customers as needed. The position is located at 1251 W Katella Ave, Orange, CA 92867-3521. The starting pay is $19.00 per hour based on a 40-hour workweek. The stated schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with Saturday and Sunday off.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interiors according to industry-standard protocols.
Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors, including cars, vans, and trucks.
Check fuel levels and warning lights; inspect windshields for damage; reset vehicle settings to clear prior customer data; check for customer belongings and place valuables in Lost & Found; and verify registration is present, current, and matches the license plate.
Check fluid levels and add fluids as needed; inspect tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; and inspect vehicle exteriors for damage.
Fuel and stage vehicles.
Inspect vehicles for safety concerns and report warning lights or vehicle, windshield, or tire damage; remove vehicles from the preparation process as necessary.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe or hazardous conditions.
Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines and air purifiers to remove stains, pet hair, and odors.
Assist customers as needed and, in some cases, transport customers to and from branches.
Help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of branch interiors and exteriors, including desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, and the lot.
Improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
