About The Position

Bowser Budget Lot is seeking an Automotive Detailer to recondition customer and used vehicles so they look like new. Daily work includes detailing and preparing vehicles for the showroom and delivery. The role also involves overseeing vehicle quality, informing the Detail Manager of reconditioning issues, and occasionally helping prepare new vehicles or retrieving and delivering vehicles to other dealerships. The posting also describes training new specialists and assisting with dispatching work among reconditioning specialists.

Requirements

• Experience reconditioning vehicles.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong command of detailing concepts and products that produce the best results.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
• Good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the quality of each vehicle meets Bowser standards.
• Inform the Detail Manager of issues relating to the reconditioning department.
• Detail and prepare cars for the showroom and delivery.
• When necessary, assist in preparing new vehicles for the showroom and delivery.
• Occasionally retrieve and/or deliver vehicles to other dealerships.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
• Train new specialists in vehicle reconditioning.
• Assist in dispatching work among reconditioning specialists.
• Quality-check each vehicle to ensure it meets Bowser standards.
