Requirements

Strong manual dexterity and physical stamina, including ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
Exceptional attention to detail and customer-focused mindset
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to work primarily outdoors, including in noisy or inclement weather conditions

Nice To Haves

Experience in vehicle detailing and cosmetic repair, including washing, waxing, buffing, masking, sanding, grinding, and paint application
Familiarity with removing and replacing small parts and performing minor repairs

Responsibilities

Conduct detailed cosmetic inspections to identify repairs and enhancements needed for vehicles to meet CarMax standards
Repair and replace small parts to ensure vehicles are fully functional and meet CarMax standards
Perform paint retouching, waxing, buffing, and post-paint finishing to meet CarMax standards
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deliver exceptional customer-ready vehicles
Follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
