About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a full-time Automotive Detailer to wash, clean, sanitize, inspect, and prepare cars, trucks, and vans for customer rentals. The role supports the company's high cleanliness and safety standards and is based at 2281 Lake Tahoe Boulevard, South Lake Tahoe, California. The position pays $19.50 per hour and is scheduled for 40 hours per week: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The role may also involve assisting or transporting customers and helping maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the branch.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
• Must have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction on the driving record in the past five years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require employment authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have at least six consecutive months of prior work or organizational experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize vehicle interiors according to Complete Clean Pledge standards.
• Vacuum and prepare vehicle interiors according to Complete Clean Pledge standards.
• Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors, including cars, vans, and trucks.
• Check fuel levels and warning lights, inspect windshields for damage, restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data, look for customer belongings and place valuables in Lost & Found, and verify vehicle registration.
• Check fluid levels and add fluids as needed; check tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; and inspect vehicles for exterior damage.
• Fuel and stage vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for safety concerns, report warning lights or vehicle, windshield, or tire damage, and remove vehicles from processing when necessary.
• Keep the work area clean and orderly and report unsafe or hazardous conditions.
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment and ensure cleaning, detailing, washing, and sanitization supplies are available.
• Assist customers when needed and, when required, transport customers to and from branches.
• Help maintain the overall appearance of branch interiors and exteriors, including cleaning desks, countertops, phones, floors, and bathrooms; emptying trash; vacuuming and sweeping the lot; and performing other daily cleanliness tasks.
• Improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
