About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a full-time Automotive Detailer and Car Washer at its Fargo Airport location in Fargo, North Dakota. The position pays $19 per hour and follows a consistent 40-hour-per-week schedule. Available schedules are Sunday–Thursday, 6 a.m.–3 p.m.; Sunday–Thursday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.; Sunday–Thursday, 10 a.m.–7 p.m.; or Thursday–Monday, 7 a.m.–4 p.m. The role involves cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and preparing cars, trucks, and vans for customer rentals in accordance with cleanliness and safety standards. The detailer also helps maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the branch location and assists customers as needed.

Requirements

Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
Must have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction on the driving record in the past five years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship from the company now or in the future.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interiors according to industry-standard protocols.
Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors, including cars, vans, and trucks.
Check fuel levels and warning lights; inspect windshields for damage; reset vehicle settings to clear prior customer data; check for customer belongings and place valuables in Lost & Found; and verify vehicle registration is present, current, and matches the license plate.
Check fluid levels and add fluids as needed; assess tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; and inspect vehicle exteriors for damage.
Fuel and stage vehicles.
Inspect vehicles for safety concerns, report warning lights or vehicle, windshield, or tire damage, and remove vehicles from the preparation process when necessary.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe or hazardous conditions.
Use tools such as carpet shampoo machines and air purifiers to remove stains, pet hair, and odors.
Assist customers when needed and, potentially, transport customers to and from branches.
Help maintain the overall appearance of the site, including cleaning branch interiors and exteriors, desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash areas, and bathrooms, as well as vacuuming, sweeping the lot, and completing other daily cleanliness tasks.
Improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
