About The Position

Walser Auto Shield is hiring an Automotive Detailer/Ceramic Coating Applicator in Burnsville, Minnesota. This full-time role provides training in professional ceramic coating application, paint decontamination, and interior protection systems. Prior automotive detailing experience is preferred but not required; training is available for the right candidate. The position is Monday through Friday, with an 8-hour shift scheduled sometime between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM. There are no night or weekend shifts. Starting pay is $20–$22 per hour, with incentives that offer earning potential of $23 or more per hour.

The role involves preparing and detailing vehicle exteriors and interiors, applying paint and interior protection products, assisting with quality inspections, and maintaining an organized shop. Responsibilities

• Wash, clean, and prepare vehicle exteriors, including clay bar treatment.
• Perform paint preparation and decontamination.
• Apply professional ceramic coating and paint seal products.
• Perform light interior detailing before interior protection application.
• Apply interior protection to vehicles.
• Assist with quality control inspections on completed vehicles.
• Maintain a clean and organized shop area.
• Participate in daily shop huddles.
• Perform other duties, tasks, and projects as assigned.
