About The Position

Walser Auto Shield is hiring a full-time Automotive Detailer / Ceramic Coating Applicator in Burnsville, Minnesota. This role goes beyond standard detailing, with training in professional ceramic coating application, paint decontamination, and interior protection systems. Detailing experience is preferred but not required; the company will train a dependable candidate with the right attitude.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, with an eight-hour shift scheduled between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM. There are no night or weekend shifts. Compensation starts at $20–$22 per hour, with incentives offering earning potential of $23 or more per hour.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Wash, clean, and prepare vehicle exteriors, including clay bar treatment.
• Perform paint preparation and decontamination.
• Apply professional ceramic coating and paint seal products.
• Perform light interior detailing before interior protection application.
• Apply interior protection to vehicles.
• Assist with quality control inspections on completed vehicles.
• Maintain a clean and organized shop area.
• Participate in daily shop huddles.
• Perform other duties, tasks, and projects as assigned.
