Automotive Detailer / Car Detailer | Full-Time
About The Position
City CDJRF of Brookfield is growing and looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented Automotive Detailer / Car Detailer to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working around vehicles, and wants to be part of a successful dealership team. As a Vehicle Detailer, you will play a key role in preparing new and used vehicles for customer delivery, showroom display, and sale, while helping to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Previous experience in similar roles such as Automotive Detailer, Car Detailer, Vehicle Detailer, Porter, Lot Attendant, Car Washer, or Reconditioning Technician is preferred but not required.

Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as an Automotive Detailer, Car Detailer, Vehicle Detailer, Porter, Lot Attendant, Car Washer, or Reconditioning Technician
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
Responsibilities
- Wash, clean, wax, polish, and detail new and used vehicles to dealership standards
- Perform complete interior and exterior detailing, including vacuuming, shampooing, glass cleaning, stain removal, dashboard cleaning, and trim care
- Prepare vehicles for customer delivery, showroom display, photography, and dealership inventory
- Apply waxes, paint protection products, tire dressing, and other protective coatings
- Perform light vehicle reconditioning to improve vehicle appearance
- Inspect completed vehicles to ensure they meet dealership quality standards
- Maintain the appearance of vehicles on the lot and in the showroom
- Safely move vehicles throughout dealership property
- Assist with light Porter and Lot Attendant responsibilities as needed
- Keep the detail department clean, organized, and operating efficiently
- Follow all dealership safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines
