About The Position

This role involves cleaning, waxing, polishing, refurbishing, and detailing vehicles that have sustained collision damage, as well as new and older vehicles. The position requires ensuring the highest quality service by inspecting finished products and understanding and delivering on specific customer requirements. Additionally, the role involves maintaining the proper function of service tools and equipment, reporting any damage to the supervising manager, coordinating work with team members, and maintaining excellent standards of service to represent the organization positively. Other duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities

• Clean, wax, polish, refurbish and detail vehicles that were collision damaged, as well as old and new vehicles.
• Inspect finished products to ensure the highest quality service.
• Understand and deliver on specific customer requirements.
• Maintain proper function of all service tools and equipment.
• Directly report any damage to the supervising manager in a clear and timely fashion.
• Coordinate and arrange work effectively with team members.
• Maintain excellent standards and quality of service to positively represent the organization.
• Other duties as assigned.
