Requirements

Previous vehicle detailing or automotive experience
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
Ability to follow instructions, checklists, and procedures.
Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills.
Ability to safely operate detailing equipment and tools.
Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and subsequent random drug screens

Responsibilities

Perform thorough interior and exterior detailing of new, used, and customer vehicles.
Wash, dry, vacuum, clean, polish, and protect vehicle surfaces according to dealership standards.
Remove dirt, stains, odors, and debris while protecting vehicle materials and finishes.
Inspect vehicles before and after detailing to ensure quality, completeness, and accuracy.
Report any vehicle damage, missing items, or concerns to management promptly.
Prepare vehicles for customer delivery, service return, photography, or display.
Understand that vehicle presentation directly impacts customer satisfaction and trust.
Ensure vehicles are clean, presentable, and ready at promised delivery times.
Support a positive first and last impression for customers receiving their vehicles.
Respond professionally to re-clean or touch-up requests when needed.
Treat customer vehicles with care, respect, and accountability at all times.
Work collaboratively with sales, service, and recon teams to meet daily priorities.
Communicate clearly regarding vehicle status, readiness, and special instructions.
Assist teammates during peak periods to ensure workflow efficiency.
Support dealership events, promotions, and high-volume delivery days as needed.
Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.
Properly use, maintain, and store all detailing equipment, tools, and chemicals.
Follow manufacturer instructions and dealership safety guidelines at all times.
Ensure equipment is clean, functional, and reported if damaged or unsafe.
Use the correct products for different vehicle materials (paint, leather, fabric, trim).
Minimize waste and handle chemicals responsibly and safely.
