Requirements
- Previous automotive detailing experience
- Management or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license required
- Strong work ethic and reliability
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily detailing operations
- Supervise, train, and motivate detailing staff
- Ensure all vehicles meet company quality standards
- Schedule workflow and maintain productivity goals
- Maintain inventory of detailing supplies and equipment
- Perform quality inspections before vehicle delivery
- Assist in hiring and onboarding new team members
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
