Requirements

Proven experience in automotive detailing, with prior supervisory or management experience preferred.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and manage a team effectively.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
In-depth knowledge of detailing techniques, products, and equipment.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with other departments.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of the vehicle detailing department, ensuring efficient daily operations and high-quality results.
Supervise, train, and manage detailing staff, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and ongoing development.
Ensure all new and pre-owned vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and detailed for display and customer delivery.
Establish and enforce detailing standards to ensure vehicles consistently meet or exceed dealership expectations.
Perform final quality inspections on completed vehicles and address any deficiencies promptly.
Coordinate workflow between sales, service, and detailing teams to meet delivery timelines and operational goals.
Maintain inventory of detailing supplies, equipment, and materials, ensuring proper usage and cost control.
Implement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall department performance.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and proper handling of detailing chemicals and equipment.
