Central Florida Lincoln is seeking a Finance & Insurance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial and insurance activities related to automotive sales transactions. If you have a strong background in finance, exceptional customer service skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. Requirements

  • At least 3 Years of automotive finance management experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Advance Microsoft Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
  • Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Must possess the ability to close a deal.
  • Willing to submit to and pass a pre-employment background check & drug screen.
  • Ability to be analytical, problem solve and multi-task.
  • Self-motivated enthusiastic presence in a team environment
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Professional appearance and work ethic

Responsibilities

  • Structures deals for maximum profitability.
  • Fully proficient with title laws and registration process
  • Accurately desks deal, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals.
  • Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines.
  • Prepares paperwork, contracts, and delivers deals.
  • Prepare all deal packages with complete and proper documentation for lenders and follows any other process that may be in place in their respective department.
  • Accurately audits deal post-sale.
  • Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts.
