About The Position

Team Kia of Bend is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Deal Clerk to join our automotive dealership team. As a Deal Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial transactions related to vehicle sales. Your primary responsibilities will include processing paperwork, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining organized records.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in business administration or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in an administrative role, automotive dealership is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and dealership management software
• DealerTrack experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork processing.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• additional education or certification in business administration or related field is a plus.
• automotive dealership experience is a plus.
• DealerTrack experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process vehicle sales paperwork including contracts, titles, and registration documents accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with sales, finance, and administrative staff to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Verify and input customer information into our database system.
• Maintain organized records and files for easy retrieval and reference.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding documentation and paperwork.
• Prepare reports as needed for management review.
• Process pay-off checks for trade-ins and mail to appropriate financial institution
• Process new and used car deals and post into accounting
• Assist in accounts receivable
