About The Position

Yoder Family of Companies is looking for an Automotive Deal Booker to join their Accounting team in Greeley. This role is crucial for ensuring every vehicle transaction is complete, accurate, funded, and accounted for, acting as a key link between Sales, Finance, Title, Payroll, and Accounting. It is more than just data entry; it requires a deep understanding of dealership accounting and the ability to ensure all details are correct after a customer drives away.

Requirements

Two or more years of automotive dealership accounting, deal booking, billing, title, or related experience.
Understanding of dealership deal paperwork.
Ability to dig into a transaction when something doesn't look right.
Organized, accurate, and comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Good communication skills with Sales Managers, Finance Managers, lenders, customers, and Accounting teammates.
Takes ownership of work and prefers to catch discrepancies early.
Experience using a dealership management system.

PBS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Review and book new and used vehicle deals accurately and on time.
Audit deal paperwork for completeness and identify missing or inconsistent information.
Reconcile deal-related accounts and work with the appropriate team to resolve discrepancies.
Process trade-in and floorplan payoffs promptly and accurately.
Review lender funding packages and help resolve outstanding funding requirements.
Verify trade-in documentation, liens, payoff information, and other required deal documents.
Prepare completed transactions for title processing.
Cap finalized deals and provide required information for payroll.
Keep Sales and Finance informed when a deal needs additional information or correction.
Partner with Accounting, Title, Sales, Finance, lenders, and other internal teams to keep deals moving.
