Requirements

  • Maintain a positive, energetic attitude throughout the day.
  • Ability to learn and implement our customer service systems
  • Ability to learn computer software.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive experience is not required.
  • Willing to train good people.

Responsibilities

  • This position is the first team-member to connect with incoming customers, and the last to communicate with them on their way out.
  • Answer phones.
  • Schedule appointments.
  • Cash customer out.
  • Provide a high-level of customer satisfaction.
