This position is multi-company in responsibilities, including but not limited to: Maintain confidentiality Answer telephone and direct calls professionally and appropriately Take and relay messages Greet persons entering organization Direct persons to correct destination Handle requests for information and data General clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, and mailing Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails as needed Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors as needed Prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules as needed Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization when necessary General administrative and clerical support. Computer usage and data entry. Tidy and maintain the reception area Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards. Any other duties assigned by management necessary to fulfill the company’s needs.
