Requirements

  • Previous experience in commercial, fleet, or automotive sales preferred
  • Strong relationship-building and account management skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to professionalism and integrity
  • Ability to understand client business needs and recommend appropriate vehicle solutions
  • Professional appearance and strong communication skills
  • Proven fleet experience at the dealership level with a track record of successful selling
  • Strong record of positive CSI results
  • Authorized to work in the USA
  • All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing, including background screening, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug testing.
  • Must have a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with commercial and fleet customers
  • Manage follow-up and ongoing communication with assigned commercial accounts
  • Identify and pursue new commercial sales opportunities to drive business growth
  • Lead customers through the full fleet sales process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience
  • Ensure all vehicle deliveries meet Ford’s commercial standards for quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
  • Promote a strong commitment to customer service and long-term client retention
  • Spend quality time building trust-based relationships with business and fleet clients
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge to confidently answer vehicle feature, capability, and operational questions
  • Collaborate regularly with the management team to review performance, set goals, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve projected sales objectives
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and implement action plans to drive results
