Requirements

Must have automotive collision repair experience
Ability to complete light to heavy repairs on vehicle body work
Ability to complete/repair automotive structural work on guests' vehicles
Product knowledge of various auto industry brands
Ability to work in a high-performance, fast-paced team environment
Organized & Guest-focused
Willing to submit to a pre-hire background check
Ability to remain in stationary positions (standing/sitting) for extended periods of time, 6 plus hours.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs comfortably
Ability to bend, squat, kneel, or stoop as needed
Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

Stay up to date on the latest repair methods, technologies, and OEM procedures
Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to OEM and company standards
Perform structural and non-structural collision repairs
Complete vehicle body repairs efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards
Perform welding, soldering, panel replacement, and vehicle body alignment operations
Identify additional damage and communicate repair needs promptly
Work closely with estimators and team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience
Attend I-CAR training and remain current on OEM repair guidelines
Operate collision center equipment safely and effectively
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
