About The Position
Jeff Wyler Columbus Auto Mall is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Cashier. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a cashier or receptionist role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate departments
- Process customer payments for vehicle purchases, service, and parts
- Balance cash drawer
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with sales, service, and finance departments to ensure smooth transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
