About The Position
DCD Automotive Holdings, Inc. is looking for an experienced Automotive Cash Deposit Supervisor to join our centralized accounting team. This role oversees daily cash handling and deposit operations, ensures accuracy and compliance, and leads a team.
Requirements
- Automotive dealership experience required (2-3 years minimum).
- Strong knowledge of dealership financial processes.
- Prior supervisory experience preferred.
- High attention to detail and integrity.
- Proficient with dealership management systems (DMS), Google Docs, and MS Office.
Responsibilities
- Daily deposits for all locations
- Ensure daily deposits and schedules and GL are accurate and reviewed daily according to policy and standards
- Cash clearing schedules
- Return checks
- Train new and current staff
- Respond to questions from all dealerships
- Troubleshoot issues
- Bank Treasury day to day reporting
- Oversee floor plans for all locations
- Inventory schedules/FLP
- Floorplan reconciliations
