About The Position

DCD Automotive Holdings, Inc. is looking for an experienced Automotive Accounts Receivable & Cash Deposit Supervisor to join our centralized accounting team. This role oversees daily cash handling and deposit operations, ensures accuracy and compliance, and leads a team.

Requirements

• Automotive dealership experience required (2-3 years minimum).
• Strong knowledge of dealership financial processes.
• High attention to detail and integrity.
• Proficient with dealership management systems (DMS), Google Docs, and MS Office.

Nice To Haves

• Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily deposits for all locations
• Ensure daily deposits and schedules and GL are accurate and reviewed daily according to policy and standards
• Cash clearing schedules
• Return checks
• Train new and current staff
• Respond to questions from all dealerships
• Troubleshoot issues
• Bank Treasury day to day reporting
• Oversee floor plans for all locations
• Inventory schedules/FLP
• Floorplan reconciliations
