About The Position

Hanna INFINITI of Apex is seeking an experienced and INFINITI Certified Automotive Technician to join their professional, fast-paced Service Department. The ideal candidate is skilled, dependable, takes pride in their work, and is ready to bring their experience to the team. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and ensuring the quality of work on INFINITI vehicles, while collaborating with the Service team and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• INFINITI certification/training required
• Experienced automotive technician
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Solid mechanical and electrical repair knowledge
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented attitude
• Valid driver’s license required
• Candidates must be able to successfully complete pre-employment drug screening, background check, and driver’s license/MVR verification.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair INFINITI vehicles
• Perform maintenance, inspections, and mechanical repairs
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical concerns using diagnostic equipment
• Complete repairs efficiently and according to manufacturer standards
• Identify and communicate recommended repairs
• Maintain accurate repair documentation
• Work closely with Service Advisors and the Service team
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service
