About The Position

DePaula Chevrolet is seeking a friendly and professional Automotive Call Center Receptionist to join our team in Albany, NY. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service both over the phone and in person. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth communication between customers and our automotive service and sales teams, helping to create a positive experience that reflects our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Handle administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and coordinating communications.
  • Provide information about services, promotions, and vehicle inventory as requested.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to ensure excellent customer service.
