We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Automotive Business Manager to join our team. Previous automotive Finance and Insurance (F&I) experience is a plus but is not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong communication skills, professionalism, integrity, a willingness to learn, and the drive to succeed.

Nice To Haves

Previous automotive Finance and Insurance (F&I), dealership Business Manager, automotive sales, or related experience is a plus but is not required.
College degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

Provide customers with financing options and guidance to help facilitate their vehicle purchase.
Present vehicle protection products and additional ownership options in a professional, transparent, and customer-focused manner.
Structure deals effectively to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction and lender compliance.
Review credit applications, submit deals to appropriate lenders, evaluate available financing options, and secure competitive approvals.
Work closely with the sales management team to ensure deals are structured accurately and efficiently.
Prepare, review, and execute all required contracts, disclosures, and transaction documents.
Ensure every transaction complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, lender requirements, and dealership policies.
Maintain a thorough understanding of lender programs, finance options, lease programs, title requirements, registration procedures, and industry regulations.
Conduct detailed post-sale audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and completeness while identifying opportunities for continued improvement.
Ensure all contracts and required documentation are submitted promptly and accurately to support timely funding.
Resolve funding delays, lender stipulations, title issues, and documentation concerns in an efficient and professional manner.
Maintain all required training, certifications, and product knowledge.
Deliver an efficient, professional, and positive customer experience from the completion of the sale through final delivery.
